This document sets out all the terms, rights, and responsibilities that apply to the use of the x777 platform. Please read carefully before using the service.
Section 1 — Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between x777 ("we", "our") and users ("user" or "you") of the x777 platform and all its services ("Services"). These Terms automatically apply when you use the Services through our website, mobile interface, or any associated medium.
x777 is a secure and reliable online gaming platform operated for Bengali-speaking players in Bangladesh. We maintain a transparent environment by ensuring SSL encryption and fair play. By accessing the service or registering an account, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.
These Terms may change. We will post a notice on the platform for any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes will indicate that you have accepted the updated terms and conditions.
Section 2 — Eligibility & Age Requirement
Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use x777 services. 21+ Any account belonging to a person below the specified age limit will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Geographic Applicability
x777 services are operated for Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. It is entirely your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal under the local laws of the region where you are located.
Ineligible Persons
The following persons may not use the service: x777 employees and their immediate family members; owners of previously closed accounts; persons enrolled in a self-exclusion program; and any person who is under investigation for fraud.
Single Account
Each user may hold only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
Section 3 — Account Registration & Security
To create an account at x777, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information will be considered a direct violation of the terms and conditions, and we reserve the full right to close the account.
3.1 — Identity Verification (KYC)
x777 may request that a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process be completed for withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount. In such cases, you may be required to provide a government-approved identity document and proof of address. Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC is completed.
3.2 — Password & Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. No third party may be given access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special characters.
- Do not use a password at x777 that you use on any other site.
- It is recommended that you change your password regularly.
- Report any suspicious activity to support immediately.
3.3 — Account Closure & Suspension
You may request to close your account at any time. x777 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following cases: violation of terms and conditions; fraudulent activity; suspicion of money laundering; operating multiple accounts; and bonus abuse.
Section 4 — Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on x777 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently offer deposit and withdrawal services via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 — Deposit Terms
Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. You confirm that the funds deposited come from a lawful source and are not subject to any claim by another person. x777 reserves the right to verify any unusual deposit.
4.2 — Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the most recent deposit.
- The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing winnings obtained from a bonus.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- x777 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
- Withdrawal time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours — contact support for any additional delays.
Section 5 — Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers at x777 are provided subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms and conditions in full before claiming a bonus.
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳41,000.
5.2 — Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 — General Bonus Rules
- Each user may use each promotion only once.
- Bonuses may not be transferred to a third party.
- Attempting to abuse or manipulate a bonus may result in account closure.
- Whether multiple bonuses can be combined is stated in the terms of each individual offer.
- x777 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
Section 6 — VIP Program & Rewards
x777's VIP program has five levels. You can advance to higher levels through regular and active play, and weekly cashback increases at each level.
Bronze
Weekly cashback: up to 0.2%. The starting level of the VIP journey.
Silver
Weekly cashback: up to 0.3%. Additional benefits and offers unlocked.
Gold
Weekly cashback: up to 0.5%. Enhanced service and priority benefits.
Platinum
Weekly cashback: up to 0.6%. An exclusive level with special privileges.
Diamond
Weekly cashback: up to 0.8%. x777's highest rewards and personalized service.
6.1 — VIP Terms
- Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited directly to the account.
- VIP level changes are made at x777's sole discretion.
- VIP benefits will cease immediately if an account is closed or cancelled.
- VIP rewards may not be transferred to a third party.
Section 7 — Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
x777 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
Fraud & Cheating
Software hacking, use of bots, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or gaining an unfair advantage through any automated tool is prohibited.
Money Laundering
x777 monitors all suspicious financial activity. Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds will be reported to the authorities immediately.
Bonus Abuse
Creating accounts solely for the purpose of earning bonuses, deliberately placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and manipulating bonus terms are prohibited.
Playing on Behalf of Third Parties
Playing on behalf of another person, using their funds or following their instructions, is prohibited. Each account must be operated solely by its owner.
Section 8 — Intellectual Property & Copyright
8.1 — x777 Ownership
All content on the x777 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software interfaces, and associated materials — is the exclusive property of x777. Reproducing, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
8.2 — Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the x777 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Scraping, decompiling, or reverse engineering any part of the service is strictly prohibited.
Section 9 — Privacy & Data Protection
